Scope of services

• Lighting, lighting control, small power, access control, CCTV, disabled refuge, and television output.
• Each apartment has its own HIU to serve hot water, heating, and heat recovery unit, together with underfloor heating in selected apartments.
• Installation of domestic services and public health. BCSW.
• Soil and vent and rainwater.

Solution

A mixed development of social rented and shared ownership apartments with a high-end fit-out. Commercial units were shell and core for fit-out by the end user.
