Brief
Nido Spitalfields is one of three high-end student residential dwellings within London. Creating a safe and secure environment for international students within this 33-storey building. Gloster MEP were tasked with the electrical installation for this new build.
Scope of services
- Electrical installation of HV/LV lighting.
- Power distribution.
- Lighting control.
- Generator and UPS.
Solution
A new build 33-storey student accommodation building, consisting of 689 rooms with 1204 beds and 11 private residential apartments. With an attached 5-storey 45,000sqft office block taken from shell and core all the way through to Cat B fit-out.
