Brief
To provide comfort heating and cooling to offices and meeting rooms for Winston & Strewn, allowing personnel to carry out their day-to-day activities. These include helping their respective clients and incorporating refreshment areas for the working day.
Scope of services
- LTHW, CHW and fresh air supply to new fan coil units serving new office and meeting room layout.
- New extract system for the tea points and pantry areas located between two floors.
- To provide cooling to the LAN Room for client IT.
Solution
Design and installation of a new LTHW, CHW, and supply air systems incorporating the base build elements to accommodate the new layout of floors. Installation of new extract system with new fans to supplement tea points, pantry and cleaner’s areas.
