We provide a smooth handover post completion and if you need us following this, we have a skilled team of engineers on hand 24/7 to attend callouts during the pre-agreed defect liability period. We also have a dedicated team of office staff who can answer questions and ensure you speak to the right people, so you can always be assured of a swift resolution if anything is worrying you.
Our standard liability period is 18 months, which can be extended if preferred. We will ensure you are completely comfortable with the liability period and aftercare package and if any aspects need to be tailored, they can be.

Online reporting system for efficient client aftercare
We have created a user-friendly online reporting system for our clients so in the unlikely event that you experience any issues post-handover, you can be assured of a simple resolution. The online system can be tailored to each client and project. Full details will be provided during the handover process so you will know exactly how to get hold of us in the simplest, fastest way possible.
Maintenance contracts
We offer tailored maintenance contracts designed by our project managers and commercial team to meet individual requirements. We can carry out routine maintenance as well as responding to emergency callouts.
