Brief
Cat A and high-end Cat B fast-track fit-out for a worldwide solicitor firm in the City of London.
Scope of services
- Installation of new MER/SER rooms to include UPS.
- New small power installation from existing Cat A fitout to include wall power, floor boxes, and tea points.
- Power installation for a new commercial kitchen.
- Installation of leak detection system.
- Extension of the BMS network to pick up newly installed fan coils and AC equipment.
- Installation of a new AHU in the ground floor demise.
- Reconfigured lighting to suit new layout and installation of specialist luminaires. This was then programmed onto the existing Prolojik lighting system.
