Our apprenticeship scheme has been running for many years now, molding talent of the future. Our manager Colin Aldridge runs all our apprenticeship schemes, guiding, supporting and nurturing the guys, a true mentor and credit to the Gloster family. But we are not just celebrating #nationalapprenticeshipweek however as Teddy, one of our Electrical Apprentices has just passed his AM2s after successfully passing his NVQ. Well done Teddy and all of our Apprentices we are proud of you all !
